At Paracord Buddy UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused paracord items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any local UK post office, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
